Wilderness acreage on Kingcome Inlet in the Great Bear Rainforest, with approximately 2, 951ft of tidal shoreline at the mouth of Kingcome River. Kingcome Inlet is a deep fjord on the central mainland coast, approximately 22 miles in length, accessed from Sutlej Channel in the Broughton Archipelago. This land is steeply sloped in the southern and eastern portions, however there appears to be a wider bench of user-friendly area along the upper north-west portion of the property. The majority of the property away from the tidal shoreline is forested. Two streams cross the property, one at the southern end on steeper terrain and one that curves through the upper portion of the property and comes into the slough approximately halfway along the shoreline. This is a water access property, with Port McNeill, on Vancouver Island, approximately 52 nautical miles from the property. This is a magical coastal region, known world-wide for its wildlife, natural beauty and rugged landscapes.
